Noong ika-31 ng Agosto, 2023, seremonya ng pag-unveil ng Chinese Secretariat of the China-Africa Consortium of Universities Exchange Mechanism ang naiganap ng China Association of Higher Education (CAHE) at Association of African Universities (AAU) sa BFSU.

Kalahok dito si Du Yubo, president of CAHE, si Zhang Daliang, vice president of CAHE, si Prof. O. B. Oyewole, secretary-general of the AAU, si Wang Dinghua, secretary of the CPC BFSU committee, si Yang Dan, president of BFSU and deputy secretary of the CPC BFSU committee, at si Hao Qingjie, deputy secretary-general of CAHE.

Sa gabay ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon at CAHE, magsasagawa ang Chinese Secretariat of the China-Africa Consortium of Universities Exchange Mechanism ng iba-ibang aktibidad ng koporasyon at komunikasyong inter-universirty kasama ang mga unibersidad ng Tsina at magtatayo ng network ng koporasyon ng pananaliksik sa gitna ng Tsina at Aprika.
