From June 29 to July 1，President Peng Long led a delegation to France and attended a series of activities under the China-France High-Level People-to-People and Cultural Exchange Mechanism as well as the China-France Forum on Higher Education. The delegation also visited a number of institutions such as ESCP Europe, INALCO and Sciences Po. Under the witness of Chinese Vice Premier Liu Yandong, President Peng signed a memorandum of understanding on possible cooperation with ESCP Europe.
