From July 2 to 5, President Peng Long paid a visit to Russia and attended a series of activities organized under the high-level people-to-people exchange mechanism between the two countries.

On July 5，President Peng attended the China-Russia University Presidents’ Summit in Moscow. Under the witness of Chinese Vice Premier Liu Yandong and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Golodets, President Peng signed a cooperation agreement with Moscow State University, and delivered a speech on international cooperation in education.
