On June 6, BFSU and Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) signed an Associate Agreement at a ceremony held in BFSU. The A-Level Centre at BFSU was also unveiled during the ceremony. BFSU President Peng Long and CIE Chief Executive Michael O’Sullivan signed the Agreement on behalf of the two parties and unveiled the A-Level Centre. BFSU is the first Chinese university to become an associate of CIE.

As an associate of CIE, BFSU is authorized to approve associate schools, and work with CIE and associate schools to promote further exchanges related to international courses, teacher training and inter-school cooperation.
