On December 15, Hussam Al Husseini, Jordanian Ambassador to China, paid a visit to BFSU. President Yang Dan and Vice President Yan Guohua met with the delegation.

According to Yang, Jordan is one of China’s most important partners in the Arab world, and BFSU values highly its exchange and cooperation with Jordanian universities and is ready to cooperate with Jordanian universities and research institutions in such fields as area studies and economics. Yang invited Jordanian students to attend BFSU’s summer session 2020.

According to Ambassador Husseini, Jordan stands out among Arab nations in the field of education, with many Jordanian universities having unique strengths in fields such asArabic literature and Middle East studies. He expressed his wish for closer education cooperation with China, in particular with BFSU, who stands out among Chinese universities in the field of language and culture studies.
