From October 10 to 18, Prof. Wang Dinghua, Chairman of BFSU University Council, led a delegation to Russia, Finland and the Netherlands. They visited a number of universities and institutions including Moscow State Linguistic University, Herzen State Pedagogical University, Institute of Oriental Manuscripts of Russian Academy of Sciences, University of Tampere, University of Lapland, Dutch Language Union, and Leiden University, to discuss issues of cooperation and sign cooperation agreements. They also visited the Chinese embassies in these three countries.
